About us

We are Christa Timmers and Marc de Jonge, a couple with a shared passion for the outdoors and hospitality. Christa, originally from Velp, and Marc, born and raised in Rotterdam, have been together for almost 24 years. Our loyal companion is Arie, our black-and-white cat, who greets everyone with a friendly head-bump and enjoys a life full of mouse hunting, sleeping, and eating.

Marc brings years of experience from the camping industry and is a true expert in camping and outdoor activities. Christa has a background as a volunteer coordinator and most recently worked as a team manager in elderly care. Together, we decided to leave our busy lives in Rotterdam behind and search for peace and space in the beautiful French countryside.

Here, in the serene surroundings of France, we have found our place and are excited to welcome you to one of our cozy gîtes.

We speak Dutch, German, English, and a little French and Spanish.
